TWHBEA European Championships
This weekend I went with our friend Tanja to help her at the TWHBEA European Champtionships. She was showing her 2 y/o stud colt, Bushy. Unfortunately Michael had to stay at home.
After a good 11+ hour drive (breaks and all), we finally arrived. We had Bushy put up in his stall, greeted a few people, looked around and then we went to sleep. We had to sleep on a mattress in the back of an SUV, needless to say we didn't sleep very well, as the mattresses didn't fit. But the next day was worth it.
Bushy was washed, brushed and groomed till he sparkled, and it must have worked because Tanja ended up bringing several ribbons home. They both did really well, and Bushy was a true stunner.
All in all it was a memoral trip, and I am looking forward to bring our own horses.
